Two days at Google Bastille.

Thursday opens with kickoff and an evening to settle in. Friday is the full build, demos, and celebration. Times below are the current locks; the run-of-show pressure-tests at the Jun 29 dry run.

Thursday, July 9 -- Kickoff

  1. 17:00--19:00

    Welcome and kickoff

    Eurazeo Elevate and Google Cloud open the hackathon. Program introductions, partner remarks, and kickoff energy.

  2. 19:00--20:00

    Networking and dinner

    Cabaret-format reception with all twenty-five teams. Light dinner and drinks; meet your mentors and the Google engineers.

  3. 20:00--21:00

    Team setup and final prep

    Teams claim their stations, verify GCP credentials, and align on their CEO-endorsed problem before the build window.

  4. 21:00--23:00

    Optional early build window

    Venue stays open for early-coder access. No overnight work -- venue closes by end of evening, reopens Friday at 7 AM.

No overnight work at the venue -- the building closes between Thursday evening and Friday morning per Google security policy.

Friday, July 10 -- Build, demos, celebration

  1. 07:00--08:30

    Doors open and breakfast

    Google staff on-site from 7 AM. Breakfast and coffee in the cabaret area; teams settle in.

  2. 08:30--12:00

    Build sprint -- morning

    Heads-down build time with on-site Google Cloud engineers and AI mentors circulating for support.

  3. 12:00--13:00

    Lunch

    Catered lunch in the cabaret area. Mentors stay available for working-meal questions.

  4. 13:00--15:30

    Build sprint -- afternoon

    Continued build with mentor passes and partner support. Mid-afternoon check-ins to surface blockers and align on demo content.

  5. 15:30--16:30

    Final prep and demo polish

    Teams freeze their builds and prepare a five-minute live demo. Mentors review demo flow.

  6. 16:30--17:30

    Team presentations and judging

    Five-minute demos by each team to the judging panel. Real-time Q&A and judging notes.

  7. 17:30--18:30

    Awards and celebration close

    Judging results, partner closing remarks, and a celebration toast to wrap. Photo and case-study capture for the Eurazeo Elevate program.
